      改良平板計數瓊脂配制方法:稱取本品24.5g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中[可按比例增加或減少配制量],加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結束后請搖勻,以防瓊脂沉積于器皿底部而凝固,備用。

      Dextrose[葡萄糖]:1.0g
      Defatted milk powder[脫脂奶粉]:1.0g

      pH7.0±0.2[25℃]
       
      Modified plate counting agar preparation method: weigh this product 24.5g in 1L distilled water or deionized water [can increase or reduce the amount of preparation according to proportion], heat and boil until completely dissolved, pack, high pressure sterilization at 121 C for 15 minutes, shake well after sterilization, in order to prevent agar deposition in the bottom of the vessel and solidification, reserve.
