      MUGal 肉湯基礎配制方法:
      稱取本品30.7g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中(可按比例增加或減少配制量),加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,116℃高壓滅菌10分鐘,冷至50℃無菌操作每100ml培養基中添加1支20203,混勻,分裝試管,備用。

      Pancreatic Digest of  Casein(胰酪蛋白胨):20.0g
      Sodium Chloride(氯化鈉):5.0g
      MUGal(MUGal):0.08g
      Dipotassium phosphate(磷酸氫二鉀):2.75g
      Monopotassium phosphate(磷酸二氫鉀):2.75g
      Sodium lauryl sulfate(月桂基硫酸鈉):0.1g
      pH7.1±0.1(25℃)
