      培養基 R(乳糖亞硫酸鹽培養基)配制方法:稱取本品20.3g于1L蒸餾水或去離子水中(可按比例增加或減少配制量),加熱煮沸至完全溶解,分裝,8ml/支(含杜氏小管),121℃高壓滅菌15分鐘,滅菌結束后每支試管分別加入新鮮配制的過濾除菌的0.5ml焦亞硫酸鈉溶液(12g/L)和0.5ml檸檬酸鐵銨溶液(10g/L),當天使用。(資料來自:青島日水生物)

      L-半胱氨酸鹽酸鹽:0.3g
      乳糖:10.0g
      氯化鈉:2.5g
      pH7.1±0.2(25℃)
